“Rabbit Hole” is the powerful new single from Forgotten Dream’s debut album, Distorted Karma, which just launched on November 1st. The song dives deep into themes of self-destruction and transformation, capturing the raw, grunge-inspired sound that defines the band. Director: Matteo Pigoli, who directed all three of the band’s videos, including “Rabbit Hole”.
Assistant Lighting: Chiara Martinelli provided key lighting assistance, helping to create the video’s haunting, dramatic atmosphere.
Concept and Inspiration: The video’s visual concept is largely inspired by German Expressionism, with nods to the slightly gothic aesthetics of the late ‘90s Smashing Pumpkins, especially referencing the style of Stand Inside Your Love and Ava Adore.
Filming Location and Date: The video was filmed at Teatro Danza in Cremona on May 26, 2024.
