Electronic artist Third Bloom has released his latest single, “Grace,” described as his most urgent and politically charged statement to date. The track is available now on all major streaming platforms, accompanied by a visceral new music video on YouTube.
The single is a bold eight-minute composition that opens with staccato beats and a heavy bassline before transitioning into sweeping orchestral layers. At the heart of the track is the voice of Tash Breeze, who navigates the tension between intimacy and enormity. Lyrically, the song pushes into themes of anger and grief, featuring striking lines such as, “She’s worth so much more… after gunshots, fire away, her playground to ashes”.
The accompanying visual for “Grace” is a stop-motion sequence featuring hundreds of human faces across every age, gender, and race. As the song reaches its crescendo, the video incorporates abstract text and fiery embers to create a haunting, dystopian atmosphere that serves as a warning to the viewer.
According to the release, “Grace” acts as a soundtrack to the current climate of unease, balancing human soul with digital production. Third Bloom continues to carve out a unique space in the electronic scene where “the machine and the soul speak the same language”.
