Limbs release new single and video “Doesn’t Feel Like Home”

Florida-based post-hardcore outfit Limbs have today released their powerful new single, “Doesn’t Feel Like Home”. The track is accompanied by a poignant music video and marks the band’s first release since signing to their new label home, Papercut Recordings, the joint venture between Leo Valeri and Ryan “Tuck” O’Leary.

The new song and its visual counterpart trace the profound unease that surfaces when a familiar life begins to shift irrevocably. Centred around a breakup, the track captures the quiet devastation of giving everything to a relationship only to be met with silence. The video reflects this theme, with the camera moving through rooms and spaces that once held two people but now hold only one. To add a personal touch, the video was filmed in various locations connected to each band member’s past.

Speaking on the single’s inspiration, the band explains, “‘Doesn’t Feel Like Home’ was written from the perspective of a close friend losing the love and life they’d known for so many years. It’s an all too familiar feeling; giving every part of yourself to another only to be left alone at the end of it all. This is technically a love song but sometimes love fucking hurts.”

Known for their raw energy and emotional intensity, Limbs have been making waves with their unique blend of post-hardcore and metalcore. Having already amassed over 4.6 million streams, the band has built a loyal following through relentless touring, sharing stages with influential acts such as Underøath, Saosin, Beartooth, Motionless in White, and Dance Gavin Dance. “Doesn’t Feel Like Home” opens a brand new chapter for the band, with more music promised to be coming soon.
