Hungary’s Darkmess release debut video

We love getting material from new bands – not just new to us, but bands who are in their early stages. The way they can produce new music and throw together an impressive video – especially at the moment – never fails to impress. Here’s what Darkmess have to say about “Perpetual Apocalypse”, which you can check out below.

We released this music video as a testament to us becoming a full band. It also aims to portray the dynamics and atmosphere of us playing and creating music together. This song was not only chosen as an introduction of the band but also to give you a taste of our upcoming record, which will follow in the footsteps of our previous EP (“Λ R K”), in terms of character, but with a newer and fresher approach.

We plan on releasing the new record in 2022 and reveal more info about it with another new song and music video in the near future. We will also aim to promote these songs in a live environment as much possible, given the circumstances.

The video was filmed around the beautiful art quarter in Budapest (seriously, visit if you ever get the chance) by László Kispál (KSPL).
