Fresh off their massive run with Epica and Amaranthe, Charlotte Wessels has announced the next major milestone in her solo career. In February 2027, the Dutch vocalist, songwriter, and producer will take her band, The Obsession, on their very first headline tour across the UK and Europe. Joining them as special guest for the entire run is Melissa Bonny, the powerhouse vocalist of modern metal outfit Ad Infinitum.
The tour kicks off on 4th February in Belgium and will weave through major cities before a celebratory homecoming show in Utrecht at the end of the month. Wessels described the announcement as a “surreal” and “emotional next chapter,” promising fans longer sets, new material, and deeper moments than ever before. The news follows a prolific period for the artist, including the 2024 release of The Obsession and more recent singles like “After Us, The Flood”.
The UK leg of the tour will see the band performing at the following venues:
- 05.02.27 – London, Islington Assembly Hall
- 06.02.27 – Glasgow, Slay
- 07.02.27 – Manchester, Club Academy
