American Hi-Fi join Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner for “Bowl My Bones” UK tour

The “Bowl My Bones” tour was already looking like one of the highlights of the summer, but it’s just gone up another notch. Boston’s own alt-rockers American Hi-Fi have been confirmed as the special guests for the massive 2026 UK run featuring Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner and the Sleeping Souls.

It’s a big deal for fans of the “Flavor Of The Weak” hitmakers, as this marks the band’s first trip across the pond in over a decade. Frontman Stacy Jones is clearly chuffed to be coming back, noting that the UK has always been special to them, from their legendary Reading and Leeds sets to their own headline shows. It’s a double celebration for the Boston lads, too, as they’ll be marking their 25th anniversary with three headline dates alongside the main tour.

Jaret Reddick of Bowling For Soup is equally stoked, calling the addition of American Hi-Fi the “icing on the proverbial cake.” Jaret’s never been shy about his man-crush on Frank Turner, either, admitting he loves chatting to him because Frank actually reads books. Frank, meanwhile, joked that adding American Hi-Fi to the bill was a “gross error” because the mix of good times and tunes is now becoming “borderline unstable.”

The tour kicks off on 25th June in Margate and hits some cracking outdoor spots, including Lincoln Castle and Cardiff Castle, before wrapping up at the Eden Sessions. We’ve caught up with Jaret several times over the years to talk about the band’s enduring legacy, and this tour feels like another victory lap for the pop-punk veterans.

To get you in the mood, Bowling For Soup have also just released a cover of Simple Plan’s “I’m Just A Kid.” It’s a nostalgic nod to the era that shaped them, and you can check out the video and the full list of tour dates below. Tickets are on sale now, but if you’re heading to the Glasgow show, you’d better move fast as they’re flying out the door.
