Ward XVI confirm “Id3ntity” UK tour supports for Easter 2026 dates

If you haven’t experienced the glorious, theatrical madness of Ward XVI yet, you’ve been missing out on one of the most creative forces in the UK scene. The inmates are breaking out again this Easter, bringing their massive “Id3ntity” show to seven venues across the country. They’re not coming alone, either – they’ll be joined by Pulverise and a rotating cast of local support to ensure every night is a proper shift in the asylum.

Ward XVI aren’t just another band in costumes; they are a total sensory assault. Last year was a complete whirlwind for the group, proving that being an “underdog” doesn’t stop you from biting hard. They managed to infiltrate the Official UK Charts and dominated reader polls in Metal Hammer, proving that their brand of cinematic avant-garde metal is exactly what the doctor ordered. Finishing at #2 in Primordial Radio’s top tracks of 2025 with “Blood is the New Black” isn’t just a fluke – it’s a testament to how much they’ve connected with the underground.

The band are urging punters to grab tickets in advance to help venues plan for the chaos. As the guys put it, they aren’t quite at the Nickelback level of “coach-load” recognition just yet, so showing your support early is the best way to keep these independent tours thriving. We’ve been championing them for a while now – you can read our review of their earlier work here to see why they’ve become such a staple of the UK circuit.
