The award-winning RADAR Festival has unveiled a massive new wave of artists for its 2026 edition, confirming Welsh ragga-metal titans Skindred and Australian deathcore heavyweights Thy Art Is Murder as the final headliners. They join the previously announced Animals As Leaders (a UK festival exclusive), Northlane, and The Pineapple Thief.
Set to take over Manchester’s O2 Victoria Warehouse from 31st July to 2nd August 2026, the festival is shaping up to be its heaviest and most diverse yet. Friday will see Thy Art Is Murder taking the top spot for a UK festival exclusive performance, supported by fellow deathcore veterans Chelsea Grin. Saturday belongs to Skindred, who are renowned for their high-energy live shows and “Newport Helicopter” mayhem. Closing the festival on Sunday is an emotional return for Australian proggers Voyager, also appearing as a UK festival exclusive.
Other bands joining the bill in this latest announcement include Vianova, Graphic Nature, Pintglass, Ghost Iris, CLT DRP, Royal Sorrow, Sixth Wonder, Rozemary, and Maebe. This mix reflects the festival’s commitment to pushing musical boundaries across tech-metal, math-rock, and progressive genres.
Co-founder Catherine Jackson-Smith commented: “RADAR 2026 was already a powder keg and now Skindred are the lit match we’ve all been waiting for”. She added that the Friday lineup featuring Thy Art Is Murder and Chelsea Grin will be “as brutal as it is memorable”.
Beyond the music, the festival will once again host a music and gaming market, featuring a retro arcade and the latest music tech. RADAR also continues its support for the grassroots scene by donating a portion of ticket proceeds to the Music Venue Trust and the Save Our Scene Liveline Fund.
