As the final curtain falls on 2025, Southampton’s premier theatrical rockers are already plotting their resurrection for the new year. Creeper have unveiled plans for a major run of shows in April and May 2026, dubbed the “Sangui-Tour”. This extensive trek across the UK and Ireland promises to be something special for the die-hard fans, focusing on smaller, more intimate venues rather than the massive stages they have recently been conquering.
The upcoming tour is designed as a celebration of the band’s recent creative era, with a setlist dedicated exclusively to their two critically acclaimed vampire-themed records. The original Sanguivore album introduced listeners to the blood-soaked romance of Spook and Mercy, blending goth darkness with the excess of 80s arena rock. The follow-up, Sanguivore II: Mistress of Death, doubled down on the theatrical flamboyance and rock iconography. Fans can expect a high-energy show packed with soaring anthems like “Cry To Heaven”, “Headstones”, and the ritualistic “Blood Magick (It’s A Ritual)”.
In a treat for the dedicated “Cult”, the band has confirmed that the set will include the live debut of fan-favourite track “Razor Wire”. Described as a mix of sax, sleaze, and sensuality, it is sure to be a highlight of these sweaty club shows. The tour offers a stark contrast to their usual larger-than-life production, stripping things back to the raw energy of the club circuit.
Speaking on the announcement, vocalist William von Ghould says:
“For the first time ever, Creeper will be exclusively performing songs from Sanguivore 1 and 2, the shows will provide a rare opportunity for fans to see the band in incredibly intimate venues and in cities they rarely get to visit.”
