Wildfire Festival drops its first band announcement for 2026

Get your calendars marked! Scotland’s Wildfire festival has just dropped the first batch of bands for its 2026 event, which is set to return to the hills of Wanlockhead from the 26th to the 28th of June 2026.

Running with the very appropriate #ROCKERSWITHALTITUDE tagline, the festival has given us a first peek at who will be playing across the weekend.

Kicking things off on the Friday are Sisters Doll, who are joined by Pyroclast, BadActress, HardBuds, Eld Varg, A New Nowhere, and an early slot for Not Now Norman.

Saturday’s headliner is still being kept under wraps, but the day is already looking strong with Midnite City, Apriori, Those Made Broken, Rattlebacks, LN, 13Scream, and Permacrisis.

Closing out the festival on Sunday will be Thieves of Liberty, along with Big Red Fire Truck, SkiesTurnBlack, Fangslinger, Ransom, The Heir Apparent, and Domapè.

The organisers are keen to point out that this is just the start, with more band still to be announced. It’s also very important to note that the day splits are not final, so the lineup is subject to change as more acts are added to the bill.

If you fancy heading to the highest village in Scotland for a weekend of rock, tickets are already on sale from the official festival website.
