Following the recent reveal of special guests Body Count, Bloodstock festival has announced another ten bands for its 25th-anniversary event at Catton Park in August 2026.
Joining the Ronnie James Dio main stage lineup on Sunday will be the mighty Black Label Society. Fronted by the inimitable guitarist and storyteller Zakk Wylde, the band is set to deliver a hefty dose of their signature heavy grooves. Also added to the main stage for Friday are deathcore titans Fit For An Autopsy, promising a crushingly intense performance.
The Sophie Lancaster stage also sees a raft of new additions across the weekend. Kicking things off on Thursday are Birmingham’s own Metal 2 The Masses alumni, Mantis defeats Jaguar. Friday’s bill is bolstered by black metal squad Blood Countess and party sludge outfit Gurt.
The heaviness continues on Saturday with the bleak sounds of blackened death and grind alchemists Outergods. The festival’s final day will see the Sophie stage host a diverse and powerful lineup, including abrasive doom/punk act Noisepicker, stoner doomsters Alunah, death/thrash beasts Flayed Disciple, and Norwich doom trio Acid Throne.
Standard weekend tickets are reportedly selling fast for the festival, which is scheduled to take place from 6th-9th August 2026. Head to the ticket store now!
