Offal Fest, the UK’s leading gathering for grind, slam, and brutal death metal, has unveiled the first wave of bands for its 2026 edition. The festival is set for 24–26 July 2026 and will now take place at The Bread Shed in Manchester, moving from its previous home at Rebellion.
The first acts to be announced include: Scordatura, Epicardiectomy, Embryectomy, Twitch Of The Death Nerve, Disgracing, Lividity, Infected Disarray and Laceration.
This opening lineup brings together a combination of long-established names and fresh forces within the extreme underground. Glasgow brutalists Laceration, who formed in 2009 and delivered their crushing debut Severing The Divine Iniquity, will be making their presence felt. London’s Twitch Of The Death Nerve, active since 2004, are set to unleash their blistering brand of brutality. Representing the Czech Republic, Epicardiectomy are known for their trademark “squealing, slamming blast-storm” — their name taken from a surgical procedure. From Greece, Embryectomy will add their savage edge to the 2026 lineup. Fellow Glaswegians Scordatura, active since 2008, bring technical precision and unrelenting heaviness. The legendary Lividity, flying in from the US, have been shocking audiences since 1993 with their trademark “perversity”. A special highlight will be the long-anticipated reunion of UK death dealers Infected Disarray. Rounding out the first announcement are Manchester newcomers Disgracing, who made their live debut at this year’s Offal Fest and will return in 2026.
The reveal follows the sold-out success of Offal Fest 2025, held 25–27 July at Rebellion in Manchester. That edition boasted appearances from Foetal Juice, 357 Homicide, exclusive sets from Skinless (performing Progression Towards Evil in full), Begging For Incest, co-headliners Defeated Sanity and Wormed, and first-time UK performances from Imperious Mortality, Plasma, Cerebral Effusion and 55Gore.
