Conjure Hand drop new maxi-single “Baby (I Won’t Let Go)”

Canadian hard rockers Conjure Hand have just unleashed their new maxi-single, “Baby (I Won’t Let Go)”. The track serves as a fresh taste of what’s to come from the band’s upcoming full-length album, and if you’re a fan of that classic, groove-driven sound, this one should be right up your street.

The release was put together at the band’s own home studio before being sent over to Circle A Studios for the final mix and master. For the collectors out there, the band have confirmed that the new material will be getting a proper vinyl release in the summer of 2026 – perfect for spinning while the sun is out.

Hailing from Victoria, BC, and formed back in 2022, Conjure Hand are fronted by Black Caesar (Andrew Kovar). They’ve built a solid reputation for blending 60s and 70s inspired blues and soul with a hard rock edge. Think harmonized guitars, thick organ textures, and the kind of rhythms that get your head nodding immediately. They don’t just stick to the standard rock tropes either; their lyrics dive into some pretty deep territory, exploring African American and Canadian history alongside voodoo traditions and the daily grind of working-class life.

While the guys are currently making waves across the Atlantic with their dynamic live shows, we’re definitely hoping to see them bring that voodoo magic over to our shores before too long. In the meantime, you can grab the new single over on Bandcamp or give it a spin on Spotify to see what the fuss is about.
