Serbian epic power metal outfit Numenor have announced the release of their new studio album, Runes of Power. The record is available now on digital platforms and CD via Elevate Records.
Described as a career milestone for the band, Runes of Power sees Numenor blending their classic power metal sound with the melodic death metal influences of their earlier years. A significant evolution for this release is the exclusive use of clean vocals throughout the album.
The album features Aleksandar “Celtic” Petrović of Orthodox Celts as the main vocalist. It also boasts guest appearances from several notable figures in the metal world, including Thomas Vikström (Therion), Hansi Kürsch (Blind Guardian), and Christian Eriksson (ex-Twilight Force).
To coincide with the album’s launch, the band has released a lyric video for the track “Stormbringer”, which you can watch by scrolling down.
