The Moshville Times - Lottery Winners release new single “Your Last Song” and announce deluxe edition of KOKO

Chart-topping indie-pop outfit Lottery Winners have unveiled their latest single, “Your Last Song”. The new track arrives alongside the announcement of a special deluxe limited edition of their recent No.1 album, KOKO, (which we loved) scheduled for release on 12 December.

Premiered on BBC Radio 2’s Breakfast Show, “Your Last Song” delivers the band’s signature blend of soaring, hook-laden choruses and emotive indie-pop anthems. A music video for the single is set to premiere at 10am on Saturday 8 November.

Speaking about the new track, the band described it as a “goodbye with a middle finger and a wink,” adding:

“Your Last Song” is about that final goodbye to someone you gave too much to. It’s kinda celebratory, kinda sad, definitely catchy, definitely well good, and a bit tongue in cheek.

The upcoming deluxe double vinyl edition of KOKO offers fans more than just the original chart-topping record. The second LP in the set will feature a curated selection of greatest hits spanning the band’s previous three albums. Pre-orders for this limited edition open on 7 November.

This news comes amidst a relentless period of success for the four-piece—comprising Thom Rylance, Rob Lally, Kate Lloyd, and Joe Singleton. Following their history-making achievement as the first act from Leigh to score a UK No.1 album with 2023’s Anxiety Replacement Therapy, they repeated the feat with KOKO earlier this year. Their meteoric rise recently saw them supporting Robbie Williams in stadiums across the UK and Europe, with Thom and Kate even joining Williams on stage during the sets.
