Ivory Moon sign to Elevate Records and announce new album ‘The Silent Ruins of Mars’

Italian symphonic metal veterans Ivory Moon have announced a new record deal with Elevate Records. The signing precedes the release of the band’s highly anticipated fifth studio album, titled The Silent Ruins of Mars.

The label expressed its pride in welcoming such an experienced band to their roster, stating that the forthcoming album is “a testament to a group that, after 20 years in the industry, possesses a creative energy and vision stronger than ever.”

The Silent Ruins of Mars is described as a 13-track work that honours the band’s symphonic and power metal roots while simultaneously pushing toward a more contemporary and refined sound. To achieve this, the band once again enlisted producer Christian Ice at Temple of Noise Studios in Rome, with Andrea Campisano handling the album’s recording.

The album’s artwork was created by Sergio Giardo, the celebrated illustrator for the Nathan Never comic series.

Several guest vocalists are featured on the album. Carlo Fiaschi of Nanowar of Steel joins Ivory Moon’s Loretta Venditti for a duet on the track “In The End Is My Future”. Additionally, Angel Ruiz Mena (Sombras del Destino) lends his voice to the tracks “What Doesn’t Kill Us Makes Us Stronger” and “In The Enemy Inside”.
