Arson Charge release crushing new single, “The Aftermath”

Denver’s breakout thrash-punk band Arson Charge is back with the second single, “The Aftermath,” from their highly anticipated debut record, A Dying Light, that’s out October 3rd via Anxious & Angry. The hard-charging track drips with crushing riffs and furious vocals about broken relationships for what will surely be a crowd favourite on tours to come.

Giving insight into the song, vocalist Ben Roy says:

“The Aftermath” is a break up song, plain and simple. But, more than that, it’s about two very different people, from two very different worlds, who fell in love and tried to find common ground. Unfortunately, that bullshit may work in movies, but it rarely plays out positively in real life. And the aftermath of these types of relationships is often a painful spiral of misunderstandings, unfair judgements, and disconnections. Don’t fall in love. Get a pet.

Melding thrash metal and hardcore punk, the five piece are selling out shows throughout the region as word spreads like wildfire across the country, without even releasing an album yet…until now.
