The city’s local news reported that the fan, whose name is withheld in this article, had a cardiac arrest that resulted in her fainting in the stadium before the show began.
The Fan allegedly received first aid treatment from standby medical practitioners at the stadium, before being rushed to the hospital where she died afterward.
Fans present at the event said the stadium was packed full making the condition unbearable for a lot of people, and the pretty hot weather was not helping the situation as well.
Additionally, fans complained of not being allowed to enter the stadium with their water by the company that is in charge of the Eras tour in Brazil, known as T4F Entertainment.
After the death of Swiftie, the Minister of Justice in Brazil, Flavio Dino posted on his X account, previously known as Twitter, prompting the company to allow fans access to water at the stadium, and also allow fans to enter the stadium with their water due to the current weather condition in Brazil.

Devastated Taylor Swift confessed to being emotionally overwhelmed and not being able to address the lost Swiftie on stage due to grief.
Taylor made a post on her Instagram account later that same day informing her fans about the state of devastation she was in after hearing the news of the demised fan.
