Tom Killner and Hush Money announce May tour

Genre straddling UK award winning singer/songwriter/guitarist Tom Killner and US heavy-hitting southern rockers Hush Money team up during May for an exciting run of shows taking in some of the finest club venues of the UK and culminating at the ever popular Call of The Wild Festival.

Tom exudes at what’s to come for gig-goers:

I’m really excited to be heading out on the road across the UK with our American brethren, heading to new places and venues that we’ve not been to before, making new friends and having a jolly ole time while playing southern fried rock and roll! It’s going to be great playing with Hush Money – after all they’re from Atlanta, a place where a majority of my influences originated, so it’s really cool to be playing on the same bill as them.

Hush Money are equally as keen for their first venture to the UK:

We are ecstatic about the opportunity to come over to the UK and share our show with so many fantastic people! We couldn’t be thankful enough to the venues, the people, and the countries for giving us the chance to come and rock with you all! It really will be something we are able to hang our hat on. All we can say is get ready to rock, because we are going to leave it all out on stage. The folks in the UK will be able to feel everything we are going to give them! Pure heart, soul, and energy.

Blending genres with soulfully infused blues, southern rock, country, and Americana and winning over audiences across the UK and Europe with their highly dynamic show, Tom Killner and the band features Wes Brook (keys, Hammond), Callum Houghton (bass) and Rich Hunter (drums) who throw down a memorable showcase of guitar slinging, emotional and foot-stomping hell-raising songs with the recently released new album Borrowed Time receiving high acclaim.

Emerging from the foothills of the southern US Appalachians, Hush Money is a diverse modern alternative Southern rock band with a contemporary sound that is deeply rooted in vintage rock, blues and outlaw country. Led by brothers Seth Weaver (vocals/rhythm guitar) and Greg (drums), they are joined by Nathaniel Newberry (bass) and Caleb Logan (lead guitar), encompassing subdued psychedelic ballads with multilayered harmonies, to a full on energetic onslaught of duelling guitar lines, down tuned riffs, and a rambunctious display of physicality.
